These terms apply to use of the Swimtrain website. They are not a substitute for the separate terms that may apply to swimming lessons, subscriptions, cancellations, bookings or the parent portal.

1. Website information

Swimtrain aims to keep information about lessons, prices, availability, qualifications, facilities and opening times accurate. Details can change, so customers should confirm important information directly with Swimtrain before relying on it or making arrangements.

2. Lesson bookings and payments

Where the website links to the existing iSplash portal or another booking/payment service, bookings and payments are handled through that service and any lesson-specific terms provided by Swimtrain. This website does not itself process card payments.

3. Availability

Showing a lesson type or price on the website does not guarantee that a particular space, teacher, date or time is available. Availability should be confirmed through Swimtrain.

4. Safety and suitability

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information that Swimtrain reasonably needs to assess lesson suitability and safety. Where relevant, parents or guardians should tell Swimtrain directly about information that may affect safe participation.

5. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website design, written content, branding and original media are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Third-party names, logos and service marks remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed only where appropriate.

6. External services and links

The website contains links to third-party services including iSplash, Google Maps, Facebook and WhatsApp. Swimtrain is not responsible for the availability, security or content of external websites or services and cannot control their privacy practices.

7. Website availability

Swimtrain may update, suspend or change the website without notice. While reasonable care is taken to keep the website available and secure, uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to that, the website is provided for general information and communication about Swimtrain's services. Customers should confirm material booking, price, safety and availability information directly before acting on it.

9. Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws applicable in England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
